		<description>@haydi, the most difficult part of the diet is not seeing results, once I start seeing my weight drops I got enough motive to continue, I'm still on diet, it's almost 4 months now, I took few breaks for a week or two maximum.

Try to start at least for the first week with a hard diet, you will lose a min of 2 KG, take a day off and  then start the second week with a regular diet. Don't expect much from your diet, if you lose 3-4 KG every months that's really good and enough to keep you going. Wish you all the luck with your diet and please wish me the same :)</description>
